Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. BK999 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to technical or human error, including "palpable errors" where the odds displayed were clearly wrong.
Cricket and PSL: For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and test cricket — bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or reduced in overs due to weather, standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules apply where applicable. Bets on matches that do not complete the minimum required number of overs to constitute a valid result will be voided and stakes returned.
Live betting: Bets accepted during live in-play markets are final once confirmed. BK999 endeavours to keep live odds accurate, but delays in data feeds may occasionally occur. Any bets placed after an event has concluded due to data lag will be voided.
